At Bay Social, we exist to take that pressure off your plate. We’re a Perth-based studio with a background in digital marketing, communications, and creative industries, bringing both strategy and creativity to your social presence. What started as a university project quickly evolved into a full-time business because we saw first-hand how powerful social media can be when it’s done with intention.

This isn’t just marketing. It’s about building real connections, creating impact, and making sure your brand is seen, heard, and remembered.

Our Management Process

  • Step 1. Explore & Connect

    Browse our packages to see what suits your needs, then reach out via our website form, email, or Instagram DM - we’d love to hear from you.

  • Step 2: Proposal, Chat & Setup

    You’ll receive a tailored proposal with package details and important info. If you are interested, we’ll connect to chat through the process, answer any questions and finalise everything with a quick form and agreement.

  • Step 3: Kick Off & First Approval

    On the 1st of the month, we dive into your brand, set up shared files, gather your branding and content materials, lock in your first reel session (if selected), and begin planning, creating and scheduling your monthly feed. Then, you’ll approve the first month’s feed!

  • Ongoing Management Continues

    Each month, we analyse your posts and publish your content weekly. All while preparing for your next month's feed.

    • 3 Published Posts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

    • Up to 1 Edited Reel per week (included as one of your 3 weekly posts)

    • Publishing at prime posting time on Instagram (with the option to have posts duplicated to business Facebook page)

    • 1 Instagram Story Guide (helping you with what to post to your stories)

    • Strategic captions (copy) written for the month for each post

    • 30 tailored Hashtags per post

    • Monthly Results Report (analytics, insights and recommendations)

    Reel Add on Option:

    Option: Add on monthly reel filming. Bay Social will visit 1 chosen location (for up to 2 hours) monthly to film and edit your reels. Therefore posting 2 Reels per week, included as 2 of your 3 weekly posts. Prior to the session we will create a Reel Plan and you will receive all footage for future use

  • Ideal for businesses ready to scale their online presence with advanced content and engagement strategies.

    • 5 Published Posts per week (Mon - Fri)

    • Up to 2 Edited Reels per week (included as 1-2 of your 5 weekly posts)

    • Publishing at prime posting time on Instagram (with the option to have posts duplicated to business Facebook page)

    • 1 Instagram Story Guide (helping you with what to post to your stories)

    • Strategic captions (copy) written for the month (for each post)

    • Page Engagements (comments responded to, accounts engaged with)
