At Bay Social, we exist to take that pressure off your plate. We’re a Perth-based studio with a background in digital marketing, communications, and creative industries, bringing both strategy and creativity to your social presence. What started as a university project quickly evolved into a full-time business because we saw first-hand how powerful social media can be when it’s done with intention.

This isn’t just marketing. It’s about building real connections, creating impact, and making sure your brand is seen, heard, and remembered.

Our Content Creation Process

  • Step 1. Explore & Connect

    Browse our packages to see what suits your needs, then reach out via our website form, email, or Instagram DM - we’d love to hear from you.

  • Step 2: Proposal, Chat & Setup

    You’ll receive a tailored proposal with package details and important info. If you are interested, we’ll connect to chat through the process, answer any questions and finalise everything with a quick form and agreement.

  • Step 3: Kick Off

    We coordinate the details to ensure a seamless filming experience - confirming the date, time and location of your session, finalising ideas and scripts. We then prepare all equipment and shot lists tailored to your content goals.

  • Step 4: Filming Day & Editing

    We arrive fully prepared to capture high-quality, on-brand footage that brings your vision to life. After filming, we edit your reels using trending styles tailored to your brand, ready for you to review.

  • Step 5: Approval & Delivery

    Once you’ve reviewed and approved the final edits, we’ll deliver your completed reels, along with any raw footage included in your package, ready for you to post and make an impact online.

Done-for-You Content That Sets You Apart

All Reels Filmed on an iPhone Pro Max suitable for social media.

  • A great introduction to Bay Social and the Reel Filming process for your small business:

    • Receive a basic reel plan prior to our session.

    • 2 filmed & edited reels (minimum of 15 seconds each, may be shorter depending on trending audio). Reels will be filmed on an iPhone Pro Max in portrait orientation, suitable for social media platforms.

    • We will visit your 1 location (in Perth) and film content for up to 1 hour.

    • Receive your edited reels & raw footage for future use via Google Drive.

  • The perfect package for a content refresher:

    • Receive a basic reel plan prior to our session.

    • 4 filmed & edited reels (minimum of 15 seconds each, may be shorter depending on trending audio). Reels will be filmed on an iPhone Pro Max in portrait orientation, suitable for social media platforms.

    • We will visit your 1 location (in Perth) and film content for up to 1.5 hours.

    • Receive your edited reels & raw footage for future use via Google Drive.

  • The ultimate way to receive bulk content, efficiently for your business:

    • Receive a reel plan prior to our session.

    • 10 filmed & edited reels (minimum of 15 seconds each, may be shorter depending on trending audio). Reels will be filmed on an iPhone Pro Max in portrait orientation, suitable for social media platforms.

    • We will visit your 1 location (in Perth) and film content for up to 2 hours.

    • Receive your edited reels & raw footage for future use via Google Drive.

  • We would love to hear from you - our Wedding Content Creation are different packages. Contact us via our website or email - we would love to hear all the details about your special day!

    • Mic’d up Talking Reels - Talking reels of yourself or staff included at your already booked reel session. Includes us helping you plan your talking scripts prior to the session, mic’s included at the session and editing.

      (Mic’s are small and clipped onto your shirt).

    • Location & Model Organisation - Allow us to search, organise and line up the location hire and/or models for your reel session.

      (Keep in mind the location hire and model fees will be extra charges depending on their fees - we will always communicate these fees with your before confirmation.)

    • Reel strategy (Only an add-on for the 10 Reel Pack) - Receive a document reel strategy. Tailored to your business for your reels. Including when to post, strategy advice, future content ideas and how to grow your business.

    • Extras - For additional add ons such as extra reels filmed/edited, extra locations added to our shoot day or extra filming time. Please contact jasmyn@baysocial.com.au for a customised package.

UGC Essentials

Perfect for quick, impactful videos to showcase your product.

    • 2 UGC videos (minimum of 15 seconds each). Reels will be filmed on an iPhone Pro Max in portrait orientation, suitable for social media platforms.

    • Focus on product close-ups, unboxing, or voiceover scripts.

    • Choice of male or female to be featured in your reels.

    • Working with you to provide the script or key talking points.

    • Receive edited reels via Google Drive.

    • License to use the content for a period of 12 months from the delivery date of the final content.

Go-to UGC Package

Tailored for businesses looking to build trust and engage their audience with authentic testimonials or how-to videos.

    • 4 UGC videos (minimum of 15 seconds each). Reels will be filmed on an iPhone Pro Max in portrait orientation, suitable for social media platforms.

    • Combination of talking to the camera, voiceovers, product demonstrations, close-ups and/or unboxing.

    • Choice of male or female to be featured in your reels.

    • Working with you to provide the script or key talking points.

    • Option for location hire at an additional fee.

    • Option to add on additional edited reels.

    • Receive edited reels via Google Drive.

    • License to use the content for a period of 12 months from the delivery date of the final content.

    • We will visit your event for up to 6 hours for on-site filming.

    • Full coverage of event, highlights, behind-the-scenes moments and key attendee interactions.

    • Hundreds of RAW short video snippets from your event uploaded to Google Drive for you to download.

    • Option to add on reel editing.
